We stand behind every Healthway product with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your first order within 90 days of delivery, contact us and we will make it right.

Eligibility

— Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the delivery date.
— The guarantee applies to first-time orders only (one per customer, household, or shipping address).
— For hygiene and safety reasons, you do not need to return used product — your order number is enough.
— Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
— Items that show signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at contact@tryhealthway.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
2. Include your name, order number, and a brief note about your experience.
3. We will reply within 2 business days with confirmation and next steps.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@tryhealthway.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost — no return required.

Returning Unopened Products

If you wish to return an unopened, unused product:

— Email contact@tryhealthway.com for a return authorization before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
— Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
— Refunds cover the product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
— Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return (typically within 48 hours of receipt).

Non-Refundable

— Orders where the 90-day window has passed.
— Gift cards.
— Items returned in damaged, unsanitary, or unsellable condition due to customer misuse.

Memberships

Healthway Rewards® membership charges are governed by our Subscription Policy at https://tryhealthway.com/pages/subscription-policy. You may cancel anytime — there is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fees.

Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at contact@tryhealthway.com. We respond within 2 business days and resolve almost all billing issues directly — usually faster than the chargeback process.
